SOURCE ORDA - WILMINGTON, N.Y. --- Hannah Kearney (Norwich, Vt.) may have been raised on the ski slopes of Vermont, but she also feels right at home skiing on Whiteface Mountain, in Wilmington, N.Y. The reigning women?��Ǩ�Ѣs moguls?��Ǩ�Ѣ Olympic champion, with her signature pig-tails flying, skied past an international field of 40 athletes, winning Saturday?��Ǩ�Ѣs, Jan. 22, FIS Nature Valley Freestyle World Cup women?��Ǩ�Ѣs moguls competition. The win was Kearney?��Ǩ�Ѣs second straight victory on New York State?��Ǩ�Ѣs Olympic mountain since last season.?��Ǩ�� ?��Ǩ?�This is the place that I?��Ǩ�Ѣve spent the most amount of time at, other than my hometown,?��Ǩ�� remarked Kearney, who has three wins this season. ?��Ǩ?�It?��Ǩ�Ѣs a place where I?��Ǩ�Ѣm very comfortable and it?��Ǩ�Ѣs great to have the support of my family, friends and coaches here to support me. It?��Ǩ�Ѣs a really nice feeling.?��Ǩ�� Kearney kept her yellow bib, as the series?��Ǩ�Ѣ overall points leader, with a two-heat score of 25.45 points. Canadians Jennifer Heil, the reigning Olympic silver medalist, and Audrey Robichaud finished second and third, respectively. Heil tallied 24.72 points, while Robichaud, who was 12th after the first heat, earned 24.41 points. France?��Ǩ�Ѣs Guilbault Colas extended his series lead, winning the men?��Ǩ�Ѣs moguls event. Colas, sporting the leader?��Ǩ�Ѣs bib, tallied 25.81 points from the five judges. Canada?��Ǩ�Ѣs Alexandre Bilodeau finished with the silver medal, and 25.59 points, while American Jeremy Cota (Carrabassett Valley, Maine) captured his first-career World Cup podium, coming away with the bronze medal, Saturday. Cota picked up 25.31 points.
